Customer Support

During the brace fitting process, adjustments are often needed to obtain an accurate fit. Sometimes these do not become obvious until the brace has been worn for several weeks. Adjustments might take the form of needing extra padding, shortening straps, or trimming down an area of the brace. Any needed modifications or replacement parts are covered under our warranty during the first 60 days after the original delivery of the brace.

Our bracing products are treated as medical devices, and medical management for your dog's medical condition, injury, and care must be done at the discretion and under the supervision of your veterinarian. It is your responsibility, as the pet owner, to see a veterinarian if special medical management or further care pertaining to the wearing of this device is necessary. The pet owner assumes responsibility for informing their veterinarian of any change to their pet's overall health that may affect the wearing of this device. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details and information.

IMPORTANT: If adjustments are needed for your Custom Brace, you will be required to provide photos of the brace on and off the dog and a video of the dog's gait, taken at dog's eye level, for us to evaluate.
